All products from Fitness Tech are delivered to your doorstep, except for some very bulky and heavy products (weight over 30kg, the greater of actual or volumetric weight) which are delivered to the street level.
But, don't worry, because we have a special home delivery service for these products. To be able to provide the service, it is essential that the building has an elevator.
To know if you will need this service, it is best to consult us on our customer service phone. Some of the products that require it are: smith and multipower machines, indoor bikes, cardio air products, treadmills, etc
