Triple grip to vary the pulling angle

With the chest supported on the front pad, the torso remains stabilized throughout the movement, eliminating momentum and concentrating the effort on the latissimus dorsi, involving the rhomboids, middle trapezius, posterior deltoid, and biceps. Its dual grip with three positions (supinated, neutral, and pronated) allows modification of the pulling angle and variation of muscle emphasis in each set, while the lever system maintains constant tension throughout the entire movement. All this on a Q235 steel tube frame measuring 50 × 80 × 2.5 mm with anti-corrosion galvanized coating, built for intensive use in training rooms.
