Full torso support on the cushion allows focused work on the rhomboids, middle trapezius, and posterior deltoids with precise activation and no compensations — compatible with both Olympic bars and dumbbells.

High-Density Ergonomic Cushion with Head Cutout

The cushion, 60 mm thick and 129 x 34 cm in surface area, provides a firm base that fully supports the torso throughout the entire movement. The ergonomic head cutout allows maintaining a natural neck position and correct spinal alignment without straining the cervical muscles — a design detail that makes a difference in long sets or with heavy loads. The rear access platform measuring 35.5 x 61 cm facilitates comfortable and safe mounting and dismounting.

J-Hooks in 3 Positions and Elastic Band Anchors

The adjustable J-hooks in 3 positions spaced 6 cm apart allow placing the bar at the exact height according to each user’s arm length and range of motion. The first J-hook starts at 45 cm from the floor, and the rubber coating protects the bar from wear during each session. Additionally, the bench includes 3 elastic band anchors on each side that allow adding progressive resistance throughout the movement and enhance the concentric phase.
