Kneeling position for total hamstring isolation

With the knees supported on the padded platform and the torso fixed on the upper support, the hip is completely stabilized during flexion, eliminating lumbar involvement and concentrating all effort on the hamstrings: biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus. The iso-lateral system works each leg independently, improving strength and muscular balance between both sides. Built on a Q235 steel tube structure measuring 50 × 80 × 2.5 mm with galvanized anti-corrosion coating, it withstands intensive use in commercial gyms.
