The Fitness Tech Pro Series Lever Glute Kickback machine is a plate-loaded hip extension machine with a guided movement path, designed to isolate and strengthen the gluteus maximus, with hamstring involvement. The user works one leg at a time, pushing a platform with the control provided by a machine and without needing to balance a free weight.

It is a suitable option for personal training studios, neighborhood gyms, and clubs with a dedicated lower-body area, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its convenient entry and exit. The padded arm supports, knee support, and side handles keep the user stable throughout the movement.

The frame is made of Q235 steel with 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing, and the double-layer electrostatic powder coating preserves the finish despite continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Three support points to isolate the glutes

The user positions themselves on the padded arm supports, grips the handles, and rests one knee on the base pad, keeping the torso fixed so the working leg can perform the extension without compensation. This position concentrates the effort on the glutes and reduces lower-back involvement.

Perforated platform and Olympic plate loading

The free leg pushes against a perforated non-slip platform, which slides along a vertical guide and provides firm support throughout the movement. Resistance is loaded with Olympic plates on the loading sleeve and can be adapted to each user's level.
