The Leg Press lever machine from the Pro Tech Series is designed to work the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings with a lever mechanism that allows moving heavy loads with complete safety. The user moves along precision rails while the platform remains fixed, offering a more natural and controlled load sensation than traditional leg presses.
The large surface platform with non-slip texture allows placing the feet in different positions — high, low, wide, or narrow — to modify muscle activation between quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings according to the training goal. This versatility is usually not available in lower-range leg presses.
The reclinable backrest allows modifying the torso angle during the movement, varying the involvement of the hip and glute with each repetition.
