Its irregular weight distribution sets it apart from a conventional bag: the weight bags can be repositioned between compartments, altering the load distribution and difficulty level. This allows the same worm to adapt to different teams and training goals, from technical work to high-intensity conditioning.

Maintenance and Care

Clean by hand with a brush, not suitable for washing machines. The fabric is not waterproof, so it is advisable to store indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight. It can be used outdoors but should be stored indoors for optimal preservation.
