Worm 4-Person Cross Training – Irregular Weight for Team Training
The 4-Person Worm from Fitness Tech is a functional training weighted bag designed for large team workouts and team cross training challenges. With a 125 kg load distributed across four compartments, it demands coordination, strength, and stability among the four athletes during each lift and joint movement.
Its irregular weight distribution sets it apart from a conventional bag: the ballast bags can be repositioned between compartments, changing the load distribution and difficulty level. As the most demanding model in the range, it is the benchmark for team competitions and WODs, from technical work to high-intensity conditioning.
